Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking a tour. By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept them.

Booking & Payments

A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days may result in loss of deposit.
No-shows are non-refundable.

Weather Conditions

Tours may be adjusted, postponed, or cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions for rider safety.

Rider Responsibility

Guests participate at their own risk and are responsible for:

Following guide instructions.
Riding within their ability level.
Informing the guide of any injuries or medical conditions.

Trail Fees & Extras

Trail permits, wine tastings, bike rentals, meals, and personal purchases are excluded unless specifically included in the package.

Safety

Helmets are compulsory on all rides. Guided MTB Tours by Lihle reserves the right to stop participation if a guest behaves in an unsafe or irresponsible manner.

Liability

Guided MTB Tours by Lihle is not responsible for:

Personal injury.
Loss or theft of personal belongings.
Delays caused by weather, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tour Changes

Routes and schedules may change depending on weather, trail conditions, guest ability, or operational requirements.

Injury & Emergency Liability

While every effort is made to ensure guest safety, mountain biking is an adventure activity that carries inherent risks. Guests participate at their own risk.

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, we will provide basic first aid and arrange emergency services. Any medical costs, transport costs, hospital fees, or related expenses remain the responsibility of the guest.

By participating in the tour, guests acknowledge and accept the risks associated with mountain biking and outdoor activities.
