When you submit a booking enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, preferred dates, group size, rider level and any notes you add. We do not collect payment details on this website.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, plan and run your guided mountain bike tour, and keep in touch about your booking. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How enquiries are sent

The booking form opens WhatsApp or your own email client with your enquiry pre-filled. That means your message is delivered through the channel you choose, and is subject to that provider's own privacy terms.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies required for it to function. Embedded content — such as the Google Maps map on our contact and footer sections — may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

Your rights
